ok first off i want to talk about the site layout when i first arrived here i was greeted by some crazy colours then i released it pictures of this hand made jewellery and i can see where this is going and it’s great i like the site layout very much you don’t see many website these days that has lots of colours in it the site layout out has good background colours and has 11 page tabs on the site but it could be less
so for the site layout it’s close has to be a 9 out of 10 as it could be a lot simpler than it is now and most people don’t like looking through pages and pages on a website to find the answer.
next on everyone list in this day and age is price everyone looking for a cheap deal or the cheapest deal lets instantly we know that it’s free postage to the uk on orders over £15 this grabs my attention as it’s on the home page.
the highest you're looking at pay for this handmade bracelet is around 8 uk pounds this is a fair prices for this type of craft as one it is handmade and two they look good they're not cheap they look good so as i person who might want to buy this i would pay £8 for one. they also do custom made bracelets for the same price and you choose your colours.
so my score for the price is got to be a 10 out of 10 as it is a fair price to pay for handcrafted items i have seen places online where you can pay a lot more than this and it has turned out not to be so good i have done that in the past but these i like.
ok as many of you know this is done in two parts the first part is navigation and the seconds part is contact so the top score can only be 5
first i’m going to start with navigation this site has a lot of pages on it and it far too many so it makes it harder to find what i’m looking for and most people don’t want to be looking for ages for their answer and me personally some of these pages can be cut out the website or cut down at least so for navigation i have to take into account that important tabs i would look for are there but there no order to them so i can give this a 3 out of 5
ok i’m now looking for contact information and i get is an email address for the website email there could be a lot more information on this page for example a live chat during working hours. a contact form that send the email direct to you as most people don’t like to open new tabs on the web brewers type and email and send it as the computer might crash,the email might bounce back. ect so for contact info there need to be more so i can only score this as a 2.5 maximum there needs to be more information added.
also people like reading blogs these days gives them information on there is a blog to the site owner however there is some interesting parts in this and relevant information but there is also some not so relent post to do this the site with me as i run a few websites i never mix personal with business thats why i have a Facebook account for my business and my personal i hardly give any clients my personal Facebook.
but that just me so this blog is personal and not business but there is also some useful information on it so my score will be a 6 out of 10 for the blog as it needs to be more business orientated rather than personal.
service is a major part of running a website or blog for example most site say we get back to you as soon as possible. as i have said before i run many websites successfully. and with the postage there needs to be postage within the UK this much…. and outside the UK contact us for details. i have come across this page called international ordering from outside the uk nice page but it is selling more stuff this needs to be about postage and showing different prices and some of this information can go on the contact page. ect i have seen a lot on this site and the service sound top of the line. but there could be an inv provement definitely by all means no website is perfect. so for service i would need more but this get a high 7.5 in my books but it close to 8
testimonials are another high point to a website it helps people decide whether a web page is fake is they can see people have bought from the site before and had a good service as this page is on this website i gone to making the beads page to check it out
this is good top line is says every bead is hand crafted this is good it gives it a personal touch to it. and it goes on to tell you how they are made what they are made of so the buyer knows what they are getting and how it is made to show how much time goes into make a bead.
and to support it there is a picture of the site owner making the bead
this is all i need to see to want to order from this website so i got to give it a 10 out 10 for the personal touch and the fact it tells me exactly how it is made so i know.
ok the major thing these day is social networking. on Facebook twitter, ect ect this website has a Facebook account however it a page on the website it does not need to be this all it really needs to be is the logo put on the homepage of the blog and people will find their ways and a bit of text saying like us for deals etc so as there is a Facebook page and deals for this there
so the score for this is has to be 8 out 10.
next i’m going to look at this about us needs to have more to it what you do who you are but as there is not much information on this it needs to worked on as there not much for me to review so it a low score of 4 out of 10
this site has really good content and it was good to read though it gives me as much information as i needed to consider buying this product from this website it told about how they make it and showed me images of this
so finally i will give this a 10 out 10
my final thought on this blog are that is is well made and that the time and effort has gone into this website fully and this has been one of the website that i have fully enjoyed reviewing about and there is work that needs to be done to this no doubt but over time i can see it getting better so at the moment my final thought are going to score around 7.9 out of 10 there needs to be some work done to it but it is good
so the final score for the blog site is 83.9 out of 100 for this blog.
